I can't believe today marks the end of my General Elective Modules. Feels good but emotional at the same time. Well, it's because I've met great people since the start. Let me just name a few. Yi Hui, Iskandar, Xiao Fang, Fariz, Anglia, Timothy, Jackie, Ridzwan and Saiful. Great group members and friends.

Let's just list the GEMS here.

1. Love Relations.

Of course, having teammates like Iskandar was great. Awesome person with good ideas. On top of that, learning more about relationships and how to handle it was another thing. But the people were awesome. Yi Hui did help a bit even though she wasn't in my group. Help in terms of personal help that is.

2. Etiquette & Professional Image

This was much better. Out of the blue, I was appointed the leader. With teammates like Jackie, Anglia and Timothy, everything could be done very smoothly without much hesitation. They just execute their tasks well without much obstacles. Awesome people. Thumbs up! Thanks to you guys, I got a distinction for it.

3. Beauty of Cosmetics

Well, I know it sounds girly but you guys might look at it in the wrong way. Haha. It's not about putting make up on but on how to apply it on our skins/faces. Great module but just a little boring on the lecture part. Anyway, teammates were good too. Everything we did was smooth. I remember doing the project at Woodlands library. Lol. One of them was Fariz.

4. Creative Digital Podcasting

OH YEAH! The last one. I had a great experience working with the likes of Saiful and Ridzwan. So, since we were all guys, easy to communicate and jokes were there for us to just laugh at. I believe we did a great podcasting. I guess we can succeed Mr Brown! LOL! That was a joke. He's milestones away from us. But whatever it is, it was fun. Another thumbs up.

That's about it. How I wish there were more.

Where Got Ghost was super hilarious. But still, exams were going on much on my mind. Darn.

Where Got Ghost?

Song stuck on repeat.

You take the pieces of the dreams that you had,
Cause you don't like the way they seem to be going,
You cut them up and spread them out on the floor,
You're full of hope as you began rearranging.

KEANE Perfect Symmetry Tour
One of the most important days of my life.

Oh gosh. My heart was thumping so heart to catch them live on Thursday night. Definitely, thanks to Acey for thinking about me as I wanted to go to this concert rather badly. What made things look much better was that Keane was awesome live. Totally! And pictures will tell how much I enjoyed that night. And I hope you guys can feel how I felt through this visuals below.

ENJOY!

There's always an opening act before the main band comes out. They were The Fire Fight, our very own local band who did make the fans warm up a little. They were good. I believe their genre is more into alternative. It was great.

The Fire Fight.

Next up, we had Cyril Niccolai and Friends. Bon Jovi kind of songs.

Cyril Niccolai & Friends.

Well, before you know it, KEANE was OUT @ 930pm! WEE!

Okay, just a reminder. Pictures might be a bit blur due to the fact I was singing along and taking photos at the same time. Talking about singing, I felt it was the first time that I didn't have to think about what other people might say about my voice - flat or sharp. DAMN! I had fun. Especially when they took off with Lovers Are Losing from the picture below.

KEANE.

Tom Chaplin the Lead Vocalist with that Electric Guitar.
Tim Rice-Oxley the Pianist.
Richard Hughes the Drummer.
&
Jesse Quin the Bassist.

TOM WAS AWESOME!

The Band.

Great lightings, great band.

Mind-blowing.

I believe this is my most favourite photo taken for that night. Lady Luck was on my side due to the fact that Tom held his guitar high up and my camera snapped it. :D

Tom doing a solo performance. Another nice shot in my point of view.

.

Blind of flash light.

Tom always reaches out to the fans.

Lightings 1.

Lightings 2.

Awesome lightings.

Sexy lightings. LOL.

Tom always does this after every song.

Crystal Ball starts here.

And he laid down on that stage.

Oh red. Another sexy lighting. Haha.

Oh yellow. Nice.

After their "last song".

That wasn't the last of him.

Okay, at this point, the moment they were backstage, everyone shouted, "KEANE! KEANE! KEANE!" It was awesome to have that kind of atmosphere. We wanted the band to come out badly. And without waiting for long, they were out!

They got out again.

After playing 2 songs for encore. They got back in and a lot of us thought it was the end including me. So, I started to leave but then Keane got out for 2nd time to do a tribute to us! How thoughtful of that. They did a cover of Under Pressure. A totally happy person, I was.

Last photo of Keane.

I was tired but totally happy.

Well, I hope you guys had the feeling I had from the pictures I took. Till here.
Nights world.

P.S: I miss Keane's performance already.

& Thanks blogger for allowing this post to be posted. :D

Pack it up.

It's gonna be a very hectic week. I know. I'm feeling it. It will only be fine after Friday. Darn. Tomorrow's the interview. I wish I could get a good grade for CSW. Please God, fulfill it for me. I really need that A.

But whatever it is, I believe tomorrow night's gonna be a blast. Definitely, I'm gonna catch KEANE IN CONCERT @ Fort Canning Park. Woohoo! Thanks to Acey for the free ticket. Hehe. Enough about today's update. Hopefully, I'm not lazy and I shall take pictures for tmrw. Till here.

Let's ROLL OUT!

Arrivederci.

Tuesday, August 11, 2009
I've left my blog empty literally for the past few days.

Well, I'm here to write on it again.

Let's begin with Sunday.

Had usual soccer sessions with the boys today. Great time as we had the usual 9 people playing despite 1 team playing with 1 lesser man. But hell, we had a great time. Indeed, frustration did get out of me due to the number of chances and misses my team had. But I think I perform better that way. Dribbled past 4 players only to have my shot out wide from the post. Damn. It could have been a wondergoal. Definitely, a few flip-flaps coloured the game a little bit here and there but Kudos to Yunos for ole-ing me and Ismail in a row. That was pure brilliance. Goals. Yes, I do remember one pass from Taufiq and I finished it and the other. The other one was the best. With one of the twins blocking the post in mid-way, I flicked a bit to the right and gave a curl shot past him and the ball amazingly hit the post. I felt I just did the movie Wanted where the bullet can curl past someone. LOL.

And then, it was NDP on TV.

So, monday came and it was just TV day. With some studying for today's test.

Glad I passed it. Hopefully, I can get a good grade for Q & R. And since the test, watched The Last Samurai at the library before studying a little bit more till 6pm in school. Right now, a totally bad headache overwhelms me and I'm totally worn out. Gonna turn in soon.

Okay, I know I'm late but Happy Belated 44th Birthday Singapore.

Nights people.

Yes, watched Hangover at The Cathay yesterday due to the fact that so many people are watching UP because of half-day for National Day. And yes, I see a huge sea of red and white at town. -.-
But seriously, I felt it was just yesterday I wore that kinda colours in secondary school. Lol.
Anyway, went to Powerhouse in the later part of night.

The troupe.

Shocked much.

It's definitely Goodbye Medium Thick Hair Day.
Darn.

Random Pictures.
Eh, Sam, why the book so big?
Oooohhh, it's a camera illusion. LOL.

Hi, Mini-Me.
That blue one is definitely mine and I LOVE IT.

Blogger's acting up again. Which means I can't upload any pictures. -.-"

Sunday, August 02, 2009
God, the build-up to August was totally draining. So tiring mentally and physically. DAMN.

9:47 PM

0705 had that sweet voice.
0718 and 1288 were the few beauties who participated in the race.
gosh.

Definitely, the Osim Triathlon yesterday was great. Well, yes, I had to be there by 5am in the morning. But I slept over at East Coast Park with 2 others, Taufiq and Fauzaan. The wind was wonderful at night. In my opinion, I find it much better than aircon. Far better in fact. We should have pitched a tent.

I think enough said.

I'm tired and have to start on my report.
:/

8:12 PM

Love.
Hello there.
Aiman
Mua.
I'm Awesome. Okay, done.
